All dimensions of Exit Readiness (strategy, finance & reporting, customer & supplier relationships, organisation, legal matters, operational efficiency, …) are reviewed to ensure that your business is well prepared for a truly successful exit.

Hello, I'm Tom Beyers, an entrepreneurial business builder with extensive financial expertise. With 10 years of CEO experience and over 20 years of experience in successful M&A and Buy&Build ventures across Europe, I have developed the expertise in crafting success stories within Production, Service, or Distribution businesses with an EBITDA ranging from 1 to 50 million euros. My background includes experience in family-owned, publicly traded and private-equity owned businesses. My deepest industry expertise is in Business-to-Business Wholesale, the Building Materials industry and the Automotive Parts Aftermarket. As a CEO, investor and M&A advisor, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricate web of entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities.
